There are 150 seats in IIM Indore 5 Year IPM programme and more than 1500 candidates have been shortlisted for final selection process based on various parameters including IPMAT exam score and academic excellence.After the conduct of IPM AT on 2nd July 2022, the Objection Management Exercise was opened during 7th to 8th July 2022. IIM Indore received around 296 objections across 3 sections. The Panels of subject experts for IPM AT 2022 reviewed all the objections which were received during this window. 1. What is IPMAT?
IPMAT is the entrance exam for admission to IIM Indore 5 year Integrated Programme in Management leading to award of BBA+MBA degree. IPMAT 2022 score will also be accepted by IIM Ranchi, IIFT Kakinada, Nirma University among others for Admission 2022 to their 5 year IPM programmes. Five Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) offered by IIMs, is a Dual Degree Programme for Young Students. IPM is a combination of 3 years undergraduate degree + 2 years MBA degree programme. 7. IPMAT Eligibility Criteria 2022
IIM Indore IPM programme is aimed at students who have passed Class XII/Higher Secondary or equivalent from schools across India or are appearing in it this year. They should not be above 20 years of age. IPMAT eligibility criteria 2022 require you to have passed class 12. Besides, if you had passed class 10 in 2019 or before you must have secured minimum 60% marks in it but if you passed it in 2020, there is no minimum percentage of marks. Similarly, there is no minimum percentage of marks for passing class 12 and you must have either passed class 12 or should be appearing in class 12 in 2022.
8. IPMAT 2022 Seat Intake and Reservation Policy
- IIM Indore IPMAT 2022 seat intake for the IPM 2022-27 batch has increased to 150 students.
- As per the IPMAT 2022 Reservation Policy in accordance with Government of India requirement 27% of the seats are reserved for Other Backward Classes candidates belonging to the “Non-Creamy” layer (NC-OBC); 15% for Scheduled Caste (SC), 7.5% for Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates, up to 10% for Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs) and 5% for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwD).
- The candidates belonging to categories for which IPMAT seats are reserved need to note and read carefully the eligibility requirements before applying.
- It should be noted that while it is the endeavor of IIM Indore that the candidates belonging to NC-OBC/SC/ST/EWS/PwD categories join the programme in proportions mandated by the law, they have to meet the eligibility criteria and a certain minimum level of performance to be considered for the IPM admission process
- As per the IPMAT 2022 Reservation Policy, the candidates belonging to NC‐OBC, SC, ST and PwD categories need to produce valid Caste/Category certificate(s) in support of their reservation category
- The candidates belonging to Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) need to produce a valid document ascertaining the eligibility of the candidate to apply under EWS category.
- No change in the category will be entertained once the application is submitted.
9. How to Apply for IPMAT IIM Indore Program 2022?
Candidates have to submit their application online for IPMAT IIM Indore Program during the IPMAT 2022 registration window which remains open for more than a month. The payment of IPMAT registration and application fee should also be done online. The IPMAT 2022 application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The application is available at IIM Indore IPM admission website.

The IPM course fee for resident Indians for the first three years of the IPM would be Rs.13,87,133. Course fee for the fourth and fifth years would be as per prevailing Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) fees. The fee for PGP 2022-24 at IIM Indore is Rs 21,06,800. The course fee includes accommodation/lodging, access to lectures, computer facilities and library.

20. IPMAT Result 2022
IPMAT Result 2022 is expected on July 15, 2022. The IPMAT result 2022 will be released along with the IPMAT 2022 score card. 21. IPMAT 2022 Cut Off
After declaration of IPMAT 2022 result, the successful test takers will be shortlisted for Personal Interview (PI) round based on IPMAT 2022 cut off by IIM Indore for admission to its IPM 2022-27 batch. IPMAT 2022 cut off will be decided by the admission committee. Key components in arriving at the IPMAT cut off 2022 are:
- Only the candidates having positive raw scores and a minimum mark in each of the three sections of Aptitude Test will be shortlisted for Personal Assessment round
- Sufficient number of candidates will be shortlisted for PA from the eligible pool for each category (General, EWS, NC-OBC, SC, ST and PwD) using the merit list generated based on Aptitude Test Score (ATS)

The shortlisted candidates on the basis of IPMAT 2022 need to appear for personal interviews. 23. Five Year Integrated Programme in Management: Offers Dual Degree
Admissions to IIM Indore IPM is through IPM Aptitude Test popularly known as IPMAT. IIM Indore has notified “The Indian Institutes of Management Act 2017 came into force from January 31, 2018. Subject to approvals, participants enrolling in IPM 2018 onwards will be eligible for award of a dual degree on successful completion of programme requirements.”
Accordingly, the students who are enrolled in the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore’s Five Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) for 2022-27 Batch will be eligible for award of Bachelor of Arts (Foundations of Management) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees under Dual Degree Programme upon successful completion of IPM.
23.1 Two Phases of IPM
IIM Indore IPM is broadly divided into two Phases:
- First three years of the programme, and
- Last two years.
The first three years build a foundation, and the last two years focus on Business Management. In addition to Class work, IPM students are required to complete a social internship at the end of Year 3, and a business internship between Years 4 and 5. This experiential learning inculcates leadership qualities in them and hones their managerial skills further.
On successful completion of the five-year rigorous academic experience, the participants would be awarded ‘Integrated Diploma in Management’ by IIM Indore. Subject to approvals, this diploma can be converted to award of degree as announced by IIM Indore.
